About Us
Hope Porterfield
LCSW, CADC III, CGAC I
Hi, I’m Hope — a therapist and owner at M3 Alliance LLC, where I help individuals and families navigate healing and growth through trauma-informed care.
With over a decade of experience in mental health and more than ten years working in the addictions field, I specialize in supporting individuals and families through complex life transitions, trauma recovery, and relational challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)—combined with experiential methods like equine-assisted therapy. I’m also a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist and an Equilateral™ Trained EMDR Therapist (EMDRT), allowing me to tailor care to the unique needs of each client.
Through M3 Alliance, I provide outpatient therapy, clinical supervision, consultation, and parenting classes that promote connection, communication, and confidence for families navigating change. I also founded M3 Collective, a nonprofit expanding access to equine-facilitated mental health services, family therapy intensives, and support for rural communities and trauma survivors.
Much like my work with family systems, I enjoy collaborating with teams and small businesses to strengthen communication, improve group dynamics, and foster environments where people feel connected and supported—both personally and professionally.
I’m passionate about bridging the gap between clinical care and community connection—whether through trauma recovery, family systems work, or the healing partnership between people and horses. I believe that true healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, others, and the natural world around us.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me at a rodeo with our kids, traveling, or baking at home on our small farm.
Brittney Haddon
MCOUN, Professional Counselor Associate
Hi, I am Brittney. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, am a Licensed School Counselor, and a Registered Professional Counseling Associate in the state of Oregon. As a therapist, I believe each person is the expert of their own life. My role is to walk alongside clients with compassion, respect, and curiosity—meeting them where they are and creating a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and understood. This connection becomes the foundation for meaningful growth and transformation.
With a background in social work and a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I support clients in uncovering their strengths, developing practical tools, and building the confidence needed to navigate relationships, family, school, work, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. These modalities help us understand patterns, shift unhelpful thinking, and make progress that feels both empowering and sustainable.
I’m passionate about giving back to our small but growing community and creating a positive impact through my work. When I’m not counseling, you’ll likely find me outdoors, camping, traveling, or cheering on local sports teams.
