M3 Collective

M3 Collective fosters healing and resilience through connection—with horse, herd, and the High Desert community—by providing trauma-informed, equine-guided programs that strengthen individuals, families, and communities across Central Oregon and beyond.

At M3 Collective, we believe healing happens in relationship—between people, with animals, and through connection to place. Rooted in the wisdom of the horse, the strength of the herd, and the resilience of Oregon’s High Desert, our nonprofit offers trauma-informed, equine-assisted mental health services to individuals, families, and communities who need it most.

Whether you're navigating trauma, grief, family transitions, or burnout, we’re here to walk alongside you—on your terms, at your pace, and with the support of our human and equine team.

Why it matters.

In rural and frontier communities, mental health services are often hard to access—or simply not available. At M3 Collective, we meet people where they are, creating safe spaces for healing in nature, in relationship, and outside the walls of a traditional office.

Through the grounded presence of horses and a systems-informed, trauma-aware approach, we foster connection, regulation, and real transformation.
